1/4 mile time??

1670 Views 18 Replies 13 Participants Last post by  THE STIG
I recently installed a new goerend transmission in my truck and i'm getting ready to go back out to the track in a couple weeks with a few friends and was curious as to what you guys think I might run now with my current mods? Before the transmission, Intercooler, and intake manifold I was running 15.99 on sw 7 and I could feel the trans slipping pretty bad going down the track. Any guesses as to what my new times should be?
Thanks Andrew

i would think you would be in the low 14s
the 35's & 4.5 inch lift kit are not very much help in your quest to improve 1/4 mile times

my guess = probably going to run around very high 14's low 15's....

which is not too bad for the way you set up the your 3500 truck ......

Your launching in 4wheel drive right? My 06 ran low 14 so my guess for your 03 would 15.1.
Yeah 4wd with probably about a 10psi boosted launch.
14.3 I ran 13.4 on my 03 with stock sticks and cp3
15.12 @ 89mph with a 2.2 60'
