I'm getting ready to put my FASS 150/150 on my truck and was going thru some fittings at the shop and found almost everything I need to upgrade to a 1/2" line instead of the 3/8line.Since I want to put in an extra draw straw for my return line I need to order some parts any way.

Do you think it would be wise choice to upgrade the line size?

Yes, it will be worth the increase in flow. My Eliminator LP is full 1/2" line to the CP3. The return line from the regulator is 3/8".

ya i have to say im running 1/2" line from the tank to the injection pump and it would be wise to just do it now and dont worry about it later

I don't think it's needed unless you shooting for 700 + HP, but it can not hurt if you have all the parts right there at the shop.

I have #8 on my VP truck and I did it for conversation sake:thumbsup

A waste of money unless you are in the 700 + hp range. The FASS was designed with 3/8 line and works very well with it.. Why change it? It will be restricted back down at the Ip and the injection tubes are less than .090 in size. You are not going to run out of fuel with the 3/8 line.

Now if have a pump of less quality I can see where you will need every advantage you can get.

on race trucks i will go with 1/2" line, but anything else 3/8" is just fine.

Dude, the answer is easy on this one. Upgrade to 1/2"! You have the parts.

Don't wait until you have 700 HP and have to drop the tank again to do something you should have done the first time it was all apart. :thumbsup

I need one 90 and some line, have about 12' of 1/2 parker pushlock in stock left over from our race truck.

The truck will have dual cp3's and large fluxes so it will be around 700 if not above.

IMO the choice is a no brainer. Upgrade to 1/2".
