When going down expressway it acts like it looses boost or like wastegate opening too soon and shutters. Any ideas could it be the turbo actuator. Looking for help.

It has a edge but it is not deleted.I know i need to fill out my sig

Is it possible that the EGR Valve is sticking open?

Also, check all of the boots, there could be one that is not on all the way and leaking when enough boost is applied.
