i am getting a 08 3500 quad cab diesel to replace my 2005 3500.... the new trucks have more emmissions parts.... is it possible to remove the emmissions parts from my new truck and what problems will this cause??? will i keep my warranty....

what is "dpf" and what is a delete tuner???

well first off congrats on the new truck and yes there is a system to delete it Its H&S performance who makes it, and it will void your warranty.
