Got a 07 6.7l I got the truck without the engine in it installed the engine everything was working fine shut the truck off to drain the oil when I went to restart it all the dash lights came on no bus no crank scan tool can’t connect.PRND are all boxed like all gears are selected. I’ve spent the last 2 day’s reading forums and watching videos and can’t figure it out. As soon as I turn the key on my head light and taillights come on horn,radio,4 way flasher all no longer work, I’ve tried unhooking each sensor to and fan to see if it was a sensor short, I’ve unhooked clean and reconnected every single plug, looked through 90% of the wiring. I’ve checked all my grounds and added extra grounds. Ohms and volt checked the grounds to see if there is power shorting to the grounds. Ido what to do and can’t afford to just throw an ecm or tipm at it and not know if that’s the issue any help or advice would be appreciated

I’ve also checked the 5v circuit it stays at 5v when the key is turned on so there isn’t a short in it it’s like the ecm isn’t powering on unless it just gave up but I really hope not

No one has anything? Can anyone atlest point me in the direction of what wire to check where to see if power is getting to the ecm or something been searching forum after forum and can’t find anything for troubleshooting farther then what I’ve already done
