dad just got a truck back omaha and the turbo seems to make a noise at about 2500 rpms and above and when the exhaust break kicks in. the noise seems to be making a sort of squealing noise :confused013: the exhaust system is still all factory and is plugged up. not sure if this would have anything to do with it or not? any input would be appreciated. :thumbsup:

Probably a gasket under the egr cooler I would say. If the dpf is plugged the exhaust can't get out and when the drive pressure gets high it has to go out somewhere. Could also be the turbo to manifold gasket or a head to manifold gasket.
