Okay, I've been searching, scanning, and reading.
I've got the service manual and injector install help guides.
But here are some questions that arnt answered about installing injectors.

1)Do you have to replace or can you use the old fuel connector tubes?

2)What is the easiest way to release the pressure from the common rail, prior to removing the high pressure fuel line from the injector tube? (so i dont maime or cause injury to myself)

thats it so far thanks for your help.:thumbsup
I am a back yard mechanic, so I am going to tackle this one when i get back to my truck.

Nope, you don't need to replace the connector tubes.

You don't have to release the fuel pressure, it will do that on its own. Just NEVER mess with the lines while the truck is running!

Wicked thanks!
Oh one more.
Do i have to adjust the timing or adjust anything else after installing new injectors?

A programmer or module will take care of the timing for you.

If you put the rocker assemblies back on in the order they were removed and torque properly, you will not need to adjust anything.
