    The local diesel shop quoted me $6700 for a new turbo when I threw a P003A code. My 2014 Ram 3500 has 80K miles so I figured it was a VGT actuator and not the turbo. I found a new VGT actuator from Cummins on Amazon for $500. I then found a youtube video that referenced the Autoenginuity...
