    1998.5 24v 5.9 cummins. Cruise control will work here and there but not all the time. One time I got it work by pulling my brake pedal up. I have no light for cruise even when it does work! Driving home soon and need it work soon 2400 miles is a lot to drive with no cruise

    I’ve got both full trucks. Restoring a 99 2500 regular cab 24v 4x4 auto, I’ve got a 97 1500 regular cab gas 2wd non-ac. Cummins is rotten and thinking it might be easiest to do the cab swap. What kind of headaches come with swapping the cab?
