12 Valve NV4500. My dad bought this truck in 04 or 05, as and old farm truck, which had less than 100,000 miles. It was his daily/camper hauler for a few years. We bought a 96 V10 dually for it's rear end and bed, put them on the red truck, and he drove it for another year or so, until he lost his leg and could no longer drive a manual transmission. Then it got parked, the bed disappeared, the back window broke, and it just sat until a couple months ago when I started messing with it.

Newer plastic flippy-outey mirrors.

Currently has a steel flatbed on it.
