History
Neglected by a couple previous owners, restomodding this bike will be a winter project. Hot street with good manners and general utility, while preserving the vintage personality of the bike is what I'm after.

1979 Harley-Davidson XLH 1000 (Blue)
Modifications
Drivetrain
There is no hood either, but the engine is presumably stock. I'll be machining the heads for dual plugs, porting the heads, putting cams in it, installing a CV carb, two-to-one exhaust, electronic single-fire ignition. Oil pressure gauge, oil filter kit, voltmeter, electronic gauges.
The transmission pops out of first gear... have to look into that.

Interior
A motorcycle has no "Interior."
Exterior
Custom bars, missing a seat and the side cover. May go to a larger tank.
Audio
Or "In-Car Entertainment."
Suspension
Staying stock height, has aftermarket shocks on the rear. Front forks need to be re-done.
Wheel and Tire
Stock spoke wheels. Might go to cast if I can pick 'em up for an okay price. Tires are cracked. Brakes are non-functional.
