My father was the original owner. He always bought quality and took good care of his things. He died in Feb 2013 and we've held on to the truck. Florida truck, has always been kept in the garage and has no visible rust. The exterior and interior are in remarkable condition for a truck of this age. Just a few scratches and dings, and the bed is scratched as one would expect from a truck that is actually used to haul things, but no rust. 114,800 easy miles and all stock. Dad used to say proudly "There's never been a wrench on that engine", except of course the routine maintenance. Dad was 65 and retired when he bought the truck and used it mostly for his weekly trips to the gun club, which explains why he averaged fewer than 5,000 miles a year.

7/2018 update: The fuel injector pump had a small leak and needed to be rebuilt, so we upgraded to a BD Diesel fuel pin and 3200 RPM governor spring while we were in there. Estimated increase of 30-40hp and 90-100 ft. lbs. of torque. I can tell the difference. The old girl has more pep!

9/2018: I had the a/c fixed and it blows cold! Also put in a new alternator and voltage regulator.
Replaced the sagging headliner. Seats are spotless and looks new. Dad always had a towel covering the seats.
AM/FM Cassette with a few of Dad's old country tapes. The LED display on the radio doesn't work, so I just pick a station and stay on it.
