Bought 9 Years ago from first owner with New DTT Transmission, Torque Converter, Smart controller and Exhaust Brake. And 6 Inch lowering kit.
Winter of 2017-18 I removed the cab and replaced the entire frame with a 3500 4x4 frame with Dana 60 front and Dana 80 rear Posi 3.54to1 gears,and installed an Eaton Fuller 6 speed with 14" pull clutch along with a Np205 Divorced transfer case.

Spicer 3-4-8781-1 End Yoke to go from HUGE SPL90 U-Joint at transmission output to 1480 series.
Spicer 3-82-1121 1.562 x 16 spline Yoke Shaft series 1480 to match Transmission yoke.
Spicer 3-3-1701KX Slip Yoke 1.562 x 16 spline 1410 Series to match 1410 yokes on Transfer case.

Interior
Added 6 speed shifter and boot, along with 4x4 shifter and (through the floor) mechanical clutch linkage,
Exterior
Removed the Dually bed and replaced with standard 8ft. bed. Raised Cab and bed 2" to clear the Eaton 6 speed so I did not have to modify the floor boards and carpet.

This winter's project will be installing my engine, with a new Eaton Fuller 6 speed and Divorced NP205 Transfer Case in 4x4 frame and swapping my body, fenders and bed once all the welding and fab work is done.
