Bought it with just under 300K and all I know was that the guy before me used it as a welding truck.

Modifications
Drivetrain
75HP DAP injectors, DAP intake horn, and all new boots. I painted my valve cover and although the picture doesn't show it, when i replaced my thermostat i put a new thermostat housing and radiator hoses in. BHAF and DTT Assassin fuel pump with sump are a must. Big 3 battery upgrade.
Interior
Interior was in mint condition so I haven't done much with it other then added pod gauges and LED dash lights. Dash looks like new since I and the previous owner keep a cover on it at all times.
Exterior
So far I only have added LED lights front and rear, a front leveling kit, and new Toyo tires but I have lots of plans for the futre
Audio
Nothing special. Aftermarket JVC radio and speakers.
Suspension
Leveling kit and Bilstein Shocks ( soon to have air ride in rear for hauling.)
