Dorman 599-900 TIPM

Hi

I need a TIPM for my 07 Ram 3500 4x4 with the 6 speed and electric transfer case, crew cab, 6.7 Diesel. Should be the Dorman 599-900. can't find it anywhere, out of stock everywhere. Anybody got one in stock?

If this is the wrong section, sorry, please move the post where it needs to go.

Thx

Bought it at the Dealer. They only showed 3 left at the warehouse so they seem to be rare. Install was straight forward, it programmed itself. After install ignition on for 12 sec without starting the motor, ignition off and then it is done. Works fine now.

Sorry, did you get the dorman tipm through the dodge dealer?
Or did you get a mopar tipm through dealer?

I was always curious if the mopar tipm can self program like the dorman does..

Pretty sure it wasn't an aftermarket one since it came from a Dodge Dealership but only 98% sure. The lid doesn't have the fuse diagram and explanation in it like the original did. However it came with all fuses and such in it.
