2wd mega cab lift

just came across an 06 mega 2wd and looking to get some height out of it. Any feedback would be appreciated...Is CST and Maxtrac the only option?

I already have Fuel 20x12s with -44 offset and 35x12.50s. Am I going to get into a lot of rub with the 6.5/2.5 setup?

Iíve been looking at lifting my 2wd mega too Iíve decided on the CST lift but I havenít pulled the trigger on it yet for it to work I know the wheels need to have 5 inch or less backspacing ideally 4.90 or less
