AC Issues

I have a 2006 Diesel 2500 3/4 ton 5.9L. The AC blows air, everything seems to work but it won't get cold. We have had the following work done:
-AC Control Head
-AC Condenser
-Condenser Fan
-New AC Compressor/kit
-Ambient Air Temp
-Recharged the unit, checked for leaks and it's still the same, blows air all speeds but won't get cold.

Anyone else had this issue or have some suggestions or ideas?

You didn't mention if you had the evaporator replaced, I think we all know what cold should be, but, did you put a thermometer in the vents to see what the number is? Could the blend door not be opening all the way, also check if the electric fan clutch working with a/c on.
