We're talking about the Mack or Kenworth capables place. The outfit I used in Redlands, CA has a drive-on pit. They do the fire Dept ladder trucks for example. And many Class A motorhomes.

Not on my truck. Spec specifically states 80 PSI COLD. The Cummins is heavy and it's there all of the time. My rear Duallys are spec'd at 65 PSI COLD. I back that down when not towing.

Solo on flat ground the 3.42 would me better. But when climbing up a grade and especially with a load the 4.10 wins. You will notice a big improvement when towing.

Does your trailer have a beveled front or flat? 75 is way to fast to expect any mileage. I tow 19000 lb with max speed 62-65 and get 9.0. If mpg's are important, slow down.
