Question 2003 2500 Dodge 205k miles several issues

Ok I'm new to Dodge, coming from a Ford 1999 F-250 7.3 NEVER had 1 issue w/it in 8 years but needed a crew cab/4wd & bought this one!
Couldn't pass Cummins up, $5k! 3 bad injectors, 2-new batteries, fluid/filter changes, etc....$1500 later....now this.
1-clanking sound coming from flywheel/torque converter area,(1-bolt holding others missing!) replaced torque conv. bolts got quieter, now VERY loud, quiets down on higher rpm. Is it a Broken flywheel or defective torque converter? Previous owner told me tranny just rebuilt.
2-Engine overheating, Engine cooling fan is on FULL COOL, (sounds like an airplane taking off under hood) for about 1st 10 minutes of driving then fan is OFF & I can hold fan with my hand when engine hot, replaced fan clutch no help. Heater does not work either.
3-many steering/suspension parts need replaced, I have most parts.
4-I'm going to be pulling a 14k-lbs 5th wheel, anything I need to know? F-250 did it just fine w/few mods, (external tranny oil cooler, 4" from turbo all the way back exhaust, pillar gauges(tranny temp/exhaust temp/turbo boost), etc.....

Any ideas? Looking for a good & honest fairly priced mechanic that can handle these issues & more that I have to do. Delco Diesel in OKC? Duncan Diesel power in Duncan is just too far away, everywhere I check they don't do Dodge Diesel.

Any help/advice would be GREATLY appreciated! Thank You VERY much!
