I hit mine with my angle grinder to knock the corners off the plug, the wires are burryed deep in there. Lately though I put a 6 rib belt on so no more issues at all. You don't need the 8 rib belt with no OEM fan, WP etc.

edit; also the 6 rib pulleys are very lightweight composite @ 8oz.

I did not do the 2 pulley delete because the belt hit the sensor. I still have both in place but lightened versions.

Tommylee04 I have numbers on cylinder temps taken from manifold with heat gun. I will post a pic on the difference. There is a big gap.

No ........

Gator1 I did a run today that consisted of some flat, hills, traffic, city hwy combo, and hard packed dirt to soft sand. 289 miles I averaged 19.2 mpg. Not bad.

Edit; I could not get the temp past 160 hwy, to 180 so I need a smaller restrictor plate for this cold weather.

Tommylee04 I also saw a YouTube video on a guy who had problems overheating while towing. Can find it now. Dirty radiator. (See pic) almost completely clogged . Only way to clean is to take out. You might be lucky and do the same way HVAC guys do it with an angled wand. Be careful!!!!. I know on ac coils some cleaners are harmful to coils. May be the same on radiators. I wouldn’t risk it.
