The Hulk Just got my truck back from the dealer. They ended up replacing the DEF injector. Codes reset, force regen was done. I have no smoke or smell coming from the exhaust like before. They were even nice enough to refill my washer fluid, it was showing low when I dropped it off. Fingers crossed, but I donít think there is much more they can replace.

When we picked it up it was pushing smoke out the exhaust. I drove it about 15 or so extra miles thinking it was in a regen. There was heavy white dust on the exhaust pipe and the smell of ammonia coming out. After that I saw no smoke and thought all was good. Pulled camper to the campsite and got in later to run to the store and as soon as it started I got the ding and got 87 miles to 5mph max speed. 87 miles was how many miles it had left previously when my wife dropped it off at the dealer.

I've seen the sensor needing to be replaced and even the SCR if it gets really bad. Sounds like they just tossed a part at it and sent the truck on it's way. With the symptoms it sounds more like a sensor issue than a pump issue. You wouldn't be using DEF if the pump was bad or plugged. The tech can unhook the line going to the SCR and turn the pump on thru WiTech to test flow. He should have done that before and after replacement.....
