Spoke with exergy. It's about $500 cheaper to buy stock Bosch ones and send them to exergy to enlarge and balance instead buying them from exergy.

Start small. A boost fooler will do most of what you want and not put you at any increased risk.
Next put in a shift kit to fix the shifting under load.
After that more air will do more than injectors-I used towing twins.
Now that you have more air add 90 injectors and put in a solid flex plate and consider built tranny.
Now you can consider race twins ungrade and need billet pieces in trans.

Quick question how did you determine “I had an injector go”. I’m concerned with 133,000 mi on 2006 as well.. I would appreciate your input.. thanks

In my opinion the 363sxe is a useless turbo. It flows less than 5 lb/min (some places site it as only 0.5 more, hard to read the edge of the map) over the 362, at a lower pr and efficiency.
Which means if you go with the 363 over the 362 then max hp potential gain is only 4-40 using the 8hp/lb rule of thumb. But due to the decrease in efficiency you gain about 44° outlet temperature at 40psig. And with a larger wheel it will inherently spool slower.

Single piece driveshaft
Added fuel filtration
Steering box brace
Bypass heat exchanger
Install dynamic transmission thermostat bypass in front cooler
That's a solid build right there. Should be good for many many carefree miles.

Guys do run water meth systems in their pickups. I haven't really looked into them that much because i don't have a use for one. The horror stories (not that it's common) of them leaking causing hydro lock doesn't make me want one want more. But i guess you could always put a manual shut off valve in the line
The injectors are the heart of the engine. They can make it run great or destroy an engine pretty quick. Injectors are not something you should go cheap on.
30% overs will be fine with a stock turbo. Tuning will play a bigger role then a turbo when it comes to how clean it runs.
