|s10010001||Just remove the coolant tubes, it’s worth the time to clear the way. It will make the job way easier and help get it done right.|

|chris1012015||I cant get most of them off except the front lower bolt. I cant seem to get the right angle on it. There is a black steel coolant tube in the way. I just ordered some 90° wrenches. Hopefully those will help.|

ok, so you noticed the leak and decided to change the gasket, makes sense. Seems like that would be my approach too haha.
So your problem is you can get all the manifold bolts off? Is it you cant reach them or they wont come loose? If you can break them free, tighten the other ones back up, and run the engine, get her up to operating temps temp, then shutdown and try the stuck ones. Heat helps!
As for the leak itself, I assume you already tried just tightening up the bolts before removing the the existing gaskets? maybe they just came loose. Also I have heard for the manifolds warping before and never sealing right. The squeak when you use the EB, sounds more like a turbo problem to me, but id fix the leak first for sure you might get lucky.

|chris1012015||Sorry. I should've been more specific. The truck is fully deleted. I noticed the soot before trying to change the gaskets out.|

Im a little confused by your post. From what I understand, you were getting a squeal when using the EB AND you noticed soot on the engine. So you ordered up some new gaskets and are trying to get the manifold off to change them? or was the squeal and soot after the new gaskets?
Yes if you mess with the EGR cooler, you will get coolant everything. About 1/4 gallon will dump our if your on level ground. You will need to remove the entire EGR cooler to get to the manifold bolts. Also when filling coolang back up with an intact EGR cooler, make sure to bleed the system properly, cooler is prone to trapped air and cracks otherwise.

2008 2500 exhaust manifold
So I bought new exhaust manifold gaskets and the gasket from the turbo to manifold. When I use my exhaust break I get a squeal. I noticed some soot on the motor by the 2nd and 3rd port of the manifold. I had most of the bolts out except the two rear and the lower front. I cant think of an easy way to the the front lower bolt out. I tried to disconnect hoses and got coolant everywhere lol .. any help would be greatly appreciated.
