It's true. A spare tire to us is when someone's gut hangs over the waist of their pants.

Them: what size engine?

Also love when they ask what you said, 2 or 4 wheel drive?

Just want to say to them, I hope you're not making more than minimum wage.

vanman To get back to the original question with an addition to the answer. I always install the tire outside down, so you can check air pressure every now and then, don't forget to put a valve cap on the stem.

Steve, I'm about 40 minutes from Fishrap. I've done a good bit of pheasant and duck hunting in the area. Had fun helping out with a mule deer research project with WDFW. Helicopter net gun captures followed by sling net transport to a staging area where we did biological sampling before releasing. Lots of fun handling those critters.
If you ever, and i mean it, ever, need any volunteers to go in a helicopter and and assist with the net gun....just hit me up

I like your idea better! Busts thru the vacuum behind the truck!

The research activity def sounds fun... Puts a new spin on catch & release... Planning to hit other work parties out that way as summer rolls in. One of the ways i plan to see more of washington! There are 2 guys that i have worked with that are setting the bar higher, one is 75 this yr & the other is 89 . "Damn Pete, is there anything slowing you down?!"

Loki223 Yeah, i had never actually gone in, but i had seen it on several ocasions. Although the last time i was on that side of the lake, i will admit to have partied to much the night before and was not in the best of shape to on the water in a boat.....

My buddy's cabin is over just north of outlet bay, we usually find ourselves at hills or grabbing sunday morning breakfast at cavanaughs. I'm honestly looking forward to getting out there this summer

I couldn't resist that.....But yes, Priest lake. Buddy has a cabin up there and i don't argue when he invites me to go play with boats and stay in a lake front cabin in exchange for bringing some food and drinks.
Don't know if your heard of grandview lodge, it got torn down last year i believe. But my great grandparents built it. My great aunt and uncle still own the property next to it. I used to go up there ever summer with my family when i was a kid.
