Fire god The compressor project is done. On at 90 and off at 135psi. 44 amp load. I ran two 4 gauge wires from the battery through a 200 amp Stinger solenoid. The solenoid is switched inside the cab. From there through the two fuses and back to rear to t 200 amp 12v relays.
3.4 cfm times two (6.8cfm) at no load. Fills my 3 gallon hot dog tank in one minute.
Very quite. Very happy.
Pacbrake Amp 625's with unloader kits and remote filters.

Fire god Took a bit of time away to mess with the C6 Z06, so now back to this build.

On-Board Air: Time for the compressors. These are AMP and are sold under Pacbrake name. They have unloaders and check valves.

100 percent duty cycle
3/4 horse
3.1 cfm
22 amps

I'm running two of these. This is the bracket I fabed up. They will be installed where the spare tire used to live. The hot dog air tank will be there as well.

Did you fab up the charge pipe going from your primary to your intercooler inlet? Wondering why you clocked your turbo that way? I am assuming it was to add clearance between the compressor housing and your manifold?
Fan is from Genos Garage part FAN-9402-KIT
Flows 39 percent more. It's sourced from 2003 Dodge and up trucks.

Turbo is clocked accordingly by design of Todd from PDD. They fabbed the whole system. Fit was perfect and I didn't have to relocate the battery or remove the trans heat exchanger. Also, I have ready access to the oil filter.

ekvhekvh Where does the spacer go? Pushes the fan out away from motor?
