|Drothgeb||I would talk to someone that sells various DVs and see what they recommend before buying 191s. Power Driven Diesel is probably a good place to start. 191s arenít bad, but some of the newer designs are better. They could be your problem or, they may not.|

|Meburt||First of all thanks for the feed back I do appreciate it. I located a new set of performance .191 DVs on eBay for $99 with snap on socket. Five star rating. Or???|

Sounds like one or more of the injector lines are not 100% straight up & down at the injectors. Loosen lines off completely & bend so that they line up straight to the inj's at rest. Then tighten down.
If that doesn't fix it, then you need a larger set of DV's, such as a set of 191's.

|Meburt||Running rough before I advanced the timing 6 deg or did the 0 throttle plate mod. Neither made a deference on the rough running. Developing up to 40 psi boost when step on it.|

|dauntless89||Rough spots at a specific RPM are an injection system issue. Where did the injectors come from? DVs? Governor setup?|

The advanced timing makes the turbo less responsive, so it will lag worse than with stock timing. 80 hp injectors has no meaning. You had 160s, at the least, stock.
Next you'll be asking why your exhaust is black?

Runs rough at 1200 rpm
I have a 94 dodge 5.9 12 valve. MBRP 4” turbo back, 80 hp Bosch injectors, 0 throttle Plate, 6 deg advance to a18 deg total.
Has great power above 1500 rpm but very rough at 1200 rpm. Starts and idols fine.
