Cowboy303 put the afc full forward, either put a new afc spring in or for testing loosen the starwheel all the way up. You can also try adjusting the FSS. Try that then report back. Also could be fuel pressure, though for your lack of fuel, I feel like it would pop a little at full throttle.

Dmaxdude I can lay into it till close to 100 mph and my egts are only like around 1250.

Engines will free rev higher with no load and poor linkage settings. Put a load on that requires more fuel and they will not rev as high.

Are you saying that you've replaced the turbo (with a k27) , replaced the injectors (with 5x12's), removed the fuel plate, but never touched/ adjusted the star wheel????

While it certainly could be other things causing your lack of power (FSS, throttle linkage, waste gate, etc), tuning the truck (using the star wheel and pre-boost/smoke screw) would definitely be a good idea.

Dmaxdude Could this be the issue? Or could fss be the culprit? Ofv??

Star wheel to tight maybe? or incorrect spring on the star wheel (getting to coil bind before full rack travel thus limiting rack travel)

gun32gtr That im not clued up enough to answer. But if fueling was limited pre boost it would make the turbo light late wouldnt it. My afc live just turned up install this week

It does sound like the truck may have another issue. Correct me if im wrong but i thought i read on the pdd site that they spool as good as stock turbo..

GAmes You already have the fuel plate removed. That would be plenty of fuel in most cases. You have another issue. FSS not fully retracting, improperly adjusted or binding throttle linkage, etc. I suggest you do a search of low power threads.
