Jsindle Don't know what programmer is in it was done before I got.
No bubbles in tank.
And I made sure fan clutch is engaging you can hear it working.

the man in black Thermostat could be not opening fully. Rad stack could be dirty/plugged.
Make sure the new fan clutch is actually locking up. Should make a heck of a roar and be fully on by 215ish if I recall correctly.
Do you ever have any bubbles in the overflow? Level stay in the good range?
What tuner and settings you running?

High coolant temps

I have a 2008 mega cab. Bought used a couple months ago. Egr delete and exhaust is already done. When I drive around town or freeway temp is normal range. When I tow my 28 ft toy hauler temp will go to last mark before the hot red mark at 240 degrees. Has a new fan clutch in November
