2001 Ram 2500 5.9 V8 to 1st Gen 12 Valve Swap

Hello I am looking for some insight. I put a 93 12 valve into a 2001 dodge 2500 that had the 5.9 v8. Just wondering how you wired to trick the ecm so that the gauges work. I have the coolant temp, oil pressure, and ,factory fuel gauge wired in and an internal voltage regulator for the alternator but would like to use the factory tac and speedo. It just says no bus now cause it not getting readings. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance
