2003 5.9 technical HELP

Would anyone be able to tell me the pulse rate of the VSS that the ECM is looking for other than its a 5volt square wave signal ? I have a Universal speedometer Signal interface and just cannot find the rate that is needed. and of course Dodge is allot of help....ha

Also would you know what pin out the C2 would be the Park/neutral switch, My wiring diagram {early/late 2003}pretty much has all the info on the pins other than Pin 27 -Pos sens input-------info not available

And last there are supposed to be two brake switch wires, Pin 37 is one of them and I cannot for the life of me find the other
