Over charging???

Hey fellas,
I have a 91 w250 LE model, and it will not quit over charging my battery. I've already blown up one battery and my gauge always reads high. I've replaced the alternator and voltage regulator numerous time's. Is there anything else it could be??

Thanks

Poor connections drawing high amps/ overworking the alt. What's the actual voltage at the batteries?

Have you checked the fusible links, also you'll get help faster by posting in the 1st Gen section.
