2004.5 Ram 2500 Lamp out chime only with headlights on and turn signal engaged

1st time posting! Okay this will be a little long, had my truck in the body shop for restoration, they installed new headlights and they also put on new bedsides and had the bed completely removed. When I got it back when driving it at night with headlights on once the turn signal is engaged I get the lamp out blinking on the dash and the annoying chime! I've read a lot of forums and looked at all the bulbs and all both the rear tail light holders replacing anything that didn't look right. Not sure what happened but now I don't get lamp out or chime on the left turn signal while brake is pressed. Never does this with headlights off. Could it have been the wrong bulbs in the headlights? Or is it a ground? Lost!

My money is on your tail light circuit board. They are a known trouble spot. Dorman replacements are about $15 each.

I finally fixed mine.Replaced both front park lamp/turn signal sockets.Found them on Rock Auto, had to enter part number, though. If you search park lamp socket,it pulls up wrong part.
