If the truck has 3 separate fuel tanks, then I would say that's a great idea. Make your own bio diesel and burn that at a lower cost of operation.

2008 2500 RCLB 4X4 6.7L Cummins, G56, a couple things here and there.

The long WB will make it ride nice but hard to get around. The air-ride isnt all its cracked up to be unless loaded heavily. I had air bags on my halfton and it rode like a rough SOB until it was loaded then it road like glass. Definatly needs a 10spd and a real JAKE. Then it would be the first rig I would buy for trailer pulling. I am guessing it cant brag mileage, ,get a couple programers, delete the emisions, and set on mileage and you should roll pretty good.

IMO, why doesnt Dodge just build a Laramie Mega Longbed with 19" ALCOA's, put a jake or exhasut brake on it,8-10 speed manual and a built in Goosneck, 5thwheel and kingpin, I guarantee you can buy a fuel reserve tank from tractor supply for cheaper that what the dodge would charge for theirs. I think it would sell so much better and probably cheaper than what they are offering now.

I think this is a pretty much useless idea. I bet you're gonna have to use the restroom before you run out of fuel. I can't make it through a 34 gallon tank without stopping. The Biodiesel idea mentioned would be a good use with this, but that's the only use I can see.

i agree with most everybody on here on what they should do but remember if doge did all that, its now the size of a small semi (which is what we going for) and you need at least a B lisence to drive it plus the truck it licensed differently itself in which both the common buyer doesnt want
