Injectors for VE pump swap?

I bought an F550 cummins/ZF6 running a freightliner ecm and I want to VE swap it as I move it to a newer F350 (have my eye on a 2011 that "runs rough"). I have a whole 1993 engine donating the VE pump and parts. Looking to get about 350-400 Reliable hp.
build/purchase list:
3200rpm spring
fuel pin
12mm to 14mm delivery valve adapters (anyone know where to get these?)
clutch? (no idea what clutch it has currently)
HE351cw
injectors???

I need to have pop pressure set to 260 bar for the VE pump but VP injectors are usually 310. how will that affect size choices? any recommendations for injectors that do well with less pop pressure?

I've had good luck with dap n ddp injectors in the past. Best bet is to call someone and ask what they recommend to build for you

Name is Nic. Current: 2012 Built 6.8L qcsb 48re swap, previous big hp duramax, built vp trucks,12v, few powerstrokes, thanks to freedom racing engines, forced inductions, wcfab, lds, wiles performance, fleece, and some friends for the help.

I will of course do that, however I haven't even chosen a vendor yet.

sounds like rogertbp blew his pump up by not having the injectors set to a lower pressure.

Pumps are funny that way.
According to the 1992 Dodge Ram Factory Service Manual, the injector opening pressure (pop) for a 1992 w/VE pump is 3550psi.
