Need helping resolving boost issue.

I have a 01 with 265 air dog, 120 injectors, hot rod vp, edge comp stack with smarty. I installed a modified hx-35 62/67. I adjusted wastegate and installed adjustable boost elbow and still barely getting 40 psi at WOT. I even installed an old boost fooler to see if that would change anything and nothing. I want to try to get 45-50 depending on efficiency but donít know what Iím missing. If anyone can help itíll be greatly appreciated!

I didn't think you could run any modules with a hot rod VP.
Stack a smarty on a Comp?

Same module. I have the stealth cover on it as well. Itís pretty common stack from back in the day. It apparently lowers numbers but low and high end are strong. Very fun to drive lol I could remove the smarty but I will once I get hot unlock from edge.

the hotrod vp doesnt like boxes that add timing...as it is already advanced internally.

the smarty makes the down low driving very responsive due to its fueling map...it is all go, at very low boost and input.

ssve your money of the hot unlock and look into a better tuning device. currently, there is one dominant choice.

talk to this guy....
@jkidd

he can set you up with a Quad V2, that is currently the strongest, most end user tuneable there is right now.
