No more black smoke

Hello, I drive a 01 5.9 Cummins, and it randomly stopped rolling coal. The truck has a Fass 150 and 100 injectors also a boost fooler, newer turbo, and a chip. With that being said, it used to dump black smoke when I wanted. But it randomly stopped, barely a puff. I’m wondering what could have caused it. Truck runs just the same as it used to. I did replace the tappit cover and maybe i bumped something? Other than that I have no idea. TIA

Is your chip inline under the hood, or a programmer in cab? Possibility you accidentally unknowingly unplugged a harness when wrenching. Or perhaps your chip is failing in regards to its fueling parameters, for your coal. But within minimal to let it run just the same as it used to, but no extra fueling. Just some thoughts.
