Need help tuning compounds

I no there is a bunch of info on this but damn I must be really dum or just lost cause I can’t seem to wrap my head around it.
First off where do I put my boost gauges right now I have one on my cold pipe and one on my intake horn, but do I need another boost gauge to read the bottom turbo? Also should I wait to tune them untill my new turbo is broken in. I ended up geting a 62/68/12 (s362). So I’ve been just going reall easy right now staying bellow 10psi to break it in.should I use my spring gate or leave the waste gate the way it is. Thanks guys here’s a pic of what I’m dealing with.
Also anyone have a tune I could run on my quad I’m at sea level. Still suck at tuning the quad n I’ve had it for a year. Thanks guys
—just noticed leaking exhaust gas out of vband on the back of my s362 clamp is tight what do U guys suggest to fix that.

The gauge you have hooked in between the turbo's is the interstage reading which is your bottom turbo and the gauge that's in the intake horn is your total boost number. It is also a good idea to install a drive pressure gauge in the exhaust manifold for tuning the waste gate. for the exhaust leak on the back of the 62 I used some hi temp copper rtv, it seams to hold up fairly well. As far as tuning the waste gate, I would get it tuned, I haven't read much about breaking in the turbo, seams like most guys just run them. For a tune the mopar man site has lots of tunes to get you started, that's where I got mine.

Your boost gauges are fine where they are, don't necessarily need one between the turbos. Drive pressure gauge is an option though. My twins came with a break-in procedure of no more than 15 lbs for 150 miles then good to go after that. In your pic the upper turbo wastegate hose that connects to your upper turbo is instead connected to my lower turbo. I have only one wastegate. It's on my upper turbo that reads my lower turbo pressure so it gradually decreases the upper turbo as the lower turbo spools. My lower turbo is not wastegated. If you are leaking exhaust out the back of the smaller turbo I would check to see if you have the flanges squared up perfectly. It can be difficult to do because of the weight of the lower turbo...I also had problems getting it perfectly lined up. But I did get it perfected and I have no leaks with just the band clamp. There's a guy on here named me78569 that is a wizard with the quad. I would suggest that you PM him or make a separate thread for your quad issues and he will probably chime in to assist you. Here's a few pics of my setup...you can see my wastegate set up.

Not sure if there is anyone who I could pay to tune it for me here in Hawaii I think I’m on my own. So by using just my two gauges I have now what do I wanna look for?

Figure out how much boost you can make then we can go from there. Surely you have headstuds?

Definitely have head studs how do I no where to adjust my waste gate at? It like it to open at about 20-25 psi but if one gauge shows me overal boost and the other shows me the bottom turbo boost how do I no where the top turbo is?

you want the turbos to share the work, if total boost is 60psi then you want to see 30psi or so on the interstage gauge, adjust wastegate accordingly. this is also where the drive pressure gauge comes into play, what ever your max boost is you don't want more than 1.5% drive pressure, the closer to 1 to 1 you can get the better.

Everything I read says I want the top turbo opening at 25? Where does the boost elbow come into play in this mix?

the boost elbow controls the pressure reference to the wastegate, I never noticed much affect on my setup when used on my compounds. on compounds it's best to adjust the wastegate rod because drive pressure can push the wastegate open.

Okay so I havnt got on it 100% yet, I have my quad fueling starting at 65 and Ramps up pretty fast by 20psi it’s at 100%. I have not been using any wire tap yet.
Anyway at 50% throttle I’m seeing overal boost hit 30-35ish but I am not seeing any boost on my other gauge (the one on the cold pipe). Does that turbo not start to spool untill the waste gate is opened? So do I need to back my waste gate out? Which way is what for the gate tighten. Increase boost loosen decrease (I don’t no I’m asking)?

you probably don't have enough fuel with 100hp injectors to spool the big turbo without some wire tap, my 125 (7x.095) were kind of a turd. as for starting fuel, I start at 70 and go up from there and I'm running 7x.13 injectors at 3500ft elevation. on your wastegate lengthen the rod to loosen the gate so it opens sooner. the gate opening directs excess drive pressure from the secondary turbo to drive the primary turbo harder. what primary turbo are you running?
