The V2 tuning is the Standard tune the Adrenalines are shipped with now. So it will be programmed with V2 unless you specify a different tune

Does anyone know if this tablet will work with the quadv2 tuner?

If not what do you recommend? I want to use a tablet just for the quad.

Thanks

you will have to install the app manually, as fire tablets don't have alot of google play store services.

A fire tablet, can work, but you will need to "hack the OS" to make it accept the application. I would not go that route.

Lots of guys use this

So it's been awhile since ive posted on this thread. I decided to spend my funds on body work, paint and a few other exterior goodies. The truck needed the body work, things were getting really bad!
I had a buddy do the work and it took almost a year to get my truck finished...🙄🤦♂️

I finally got it finished and back and damn she looks good 😉

Bysides that I finally got the quad installed after fighting multiple data link issues.

I am enjoying the quad but I am afraid my turbo is at its last days. I am barely getting any boost and I think it is time for the turbo and injector upgrades.

I was told I could do the sxe 62/68/12 turbo, 7.012 vco 225hp injectors, and arp studs and not have to do anything(springs/rods)else aslong as I stay below 3200 rps.

I dont really have the funds right now to upgrade more things but I may charge the turbo, injectors, and studs.,If I had the extra money I would do the springs and pushros too.

If/when I get these upgrades, I will be using the quad v2 to tune the injectors way down and slowly increasing, just to make sure my trans is comfortable with the power increase.

What are your guys thoughts on upgrading just the turbo, injectors and studs? Should I be getting other parts or do you think this will work fine?

Thanks

Just to add some information about my current turbo. I removed the air intake to the turbo and noticed some oil in front of the wheel. I did not check for shaft movement/play. I cant seem to build more than 15psi of boost and I hooked up a scanner that gave me a turbo sensor circuit code. My truck has 212k on it and I believe it is the stock turbo. (Hy35).

Do you guys think I need to replace the turbo or should I be trying something else and maybe turbo is still good?

I dont know the code but I can find out tomorrow.

The boost elbow it non existent. There is just a 6-8inch line off off where the boost elbow goes and the line is capped off.
