Need help mounting Trans Cooler, Condenser and Intercooler

Hello,

I am rebuilding a Ram 2500 that was in a front collision. When I took the trans cooler off the condensor and the condensor off the intercooler, it left holes in the condensor and intercooler from the pins. Is this normal?

I was planning to reuse the intercooler, but now it has a hole in it from where the condensor was mounted. I also noticed on some trucks the trans cooler (outermost on cooling system) is mounted with a bracket instead of on top of the condenser. I don't have a bracket for this.

When I put the new parts on, do I use new pins to mount the the trans cooler on the condenser and condenser on the intercooler? Do the new parts come with more pins or mounting brackets?

Lastly, what tool do I use to remove the AC hose? Once I get the little bracket off (see photos), there's a round cylinder on the hose.

Thanks
