New batteries

New bats but engine turns over very slowly at 60 degrees out temp just about started.

What could be the problem

Starter motor bad if cables in good shape.

99 2500, Quad cab, 4x4 47RE, BD pressure lock on it, small BD 90/140 chip on the VP 44 connection plug, 17" 3rd gen wheels. 3.55 diffs. Ruenell front bumper and warn winch, Rancho adj shocks. 663k miles.

Need to check ALL battery and ground connections as your problem could simply be a loose or dirty connection.

1999 so cables?? The primary look fine but the secondary??????? Is there any test to confirm a poor ground

Does anyone sell a kit or best to make my own

If the batteries are charged perfect (not all new batteries are good) then its either a dragging starter or loose or corroded cables. There's nothing else...

Test with voltage loss test or resistance test. Clean all connections for perfect metal to metal connections. Check cables for corrosion and swelling.
