surge at 70mph

If I am running about 70 mph then the truck begins to surge. Thinking it might be pump what do you guys think?


97 dodge ctd with loadstop exchange, govenor spring kit 4k, valve springs #60, 375 marine inj., laser cut delivery valves, 5spd, haisley double disc street puller clutch, bigger turbo, afe air filter, 5" stacks, pyro, boost, tranny temp guages
