I don't know what size the banks turbine housing is, but I've found out that the larger the turbine housing, (not compressor) the slower the spool. However, the smaller the turbine housing, the higher the EGT's. But with a smaller turbine housing, you can get very nice spool. I bought a Super B single and thought it spooled a little slow, so I called up BD and they machined me a turbine housing that was smaller than the regular Super B. My egt's went up a little bit, but it spools quick! In fact, when I'm making 20 psi boost, I can clutch, shift, and get the power back to the ground before the boost gets back down to 5 psi. In other words, I never fully loose boost even though I drive a stick shift.
