ok so i tried a few washers with little to no difference... ended up with the slave all the way at the end of the studs, couple treads left on the nut on studs. and no slip in fourth just some slip 5th. so what does this point at the slave or the master(haha), or both??

My stock clutch was gone about a year ago...couldn't get it into gear at all. I bought a rhino clutch that apparently handles up to 1500 foot pounds of torque but when i turn my chip up it slips... I have no idea what my truck had for power but I highly doubt it would have that much. I have no experience dealing with clutches but maybe it needs to be adjusted if that's possible?

it was a messed up deal for the old boy. he bought the 650 dollar clutch napa had installed it. like a week before warranty was up it started making noise. i took it out to find a bunch of broke springs in the disk. napa warrantys the clutch with a 300 dollar clutch ......wtf rite.. we put it in it slipped. . i did some ing and they throw the napa gold luk cermatalic at us....they said that they had changed clutch distributers from perfection to luk.. i still can't figure out why the springs broken in the first one would make it slip like the second one. but then again i started doing a little afc tuning and what not soooooooo.. napa's cool in my book and the ceramic clutch is rather grabby just like we wanted happy endings
