Can y’all rate my 500 hp build

Doin research and talkin to lots of members about my 97 3500 dually automatic I have come up with a build and would like some help before I commit and start buyin parts

DAP 5x0.14 injectors
Timing set to 18 or 20
Star wheel turned one thickness from front of housing

Pre-boost screw in 1 turn
Attitude adjuster
PAC-brake 4k gsk
Hamilton 165# valve springs
Washer behind AFC diaphragm ground smooth
4” turbo back
BHAF air filter
AFE intake horn
S363/68/14
Auto meter gauges
AFC foot grind 1/4” off barrel
DPC triple disc converter / billet input / trans work

what's your boost? DV's? probably not 500hp.

No turbo is listed. Max 400 I'd say on the HX35.

Put a little air to it and it can see 500.

425-475 would be my guess with that turbo/fuel/timing. I picked up 60hp going from 18 to 24 with my 62.

Well you need to add more fuel... With more fuel you need more air. If you can get it to make 50psi and keep EGT under reasonable control then you are in the neighborhood.

I can tell you my pump is set to 300cc and pinned at 18*. My goal was 450. On a SXE 62/68/12 I make in the neighborhood of 47 psi. Seat of the pants feel tells me I'm right around the neighborhood of 450.

Timing, Mack plug, DV's, and a lift pump to support it all. You'll probably have to turn boost up to 45-50.

Depends. 181s will support it. 131s will not.

Someone mentioned the LP. That will need to be addressed if it hasn't. Otherwise you have the recipe for the power it just sounds like you need to tune it.
