Fuel Leak Under Intake Manifold

Strange fuel leak under intake manifold rubber line with hose clamp drips constant when running. Any help?

That's return from over flow valve.
Common with as old as that rubber is getting.
Put new hose on all the way to the fire wall.

95 3500 auto, bhaf, 4k, kdp, gauges, air bags, fuel htr delete, 33"s, dually spacers, 4.10 lim slip, 2" level, silicone hoses, tps delete, tcc switch

5/16 if I remember right. The FSM has all those details.

Get some marine grade material. It's a real PITA to change that stuff if you have a brake booster and the original fuel filter setup.

91.0 D250 A727 w/ 216k on the clock. i/p replaced 20k ago, lift pump 2k, 1 turn fuel, 2 turns smoke, ground & polished AFC pin, timing bump, 366 spring 94 2500 4x4, 49k miles, Farrell Diesel rebuilt 215 pump, PDD 5x12 SAC, SXE 362, built 47RH

5/16 is correct. Needs to be diesel-rated.
