They exist. If this is what they are, they'll have a reverse rotation cam. I believe that is denoted in one of the serial number digits.

Tag says it turns clockwise, what way does a normal p pump turn?

Clockwise, when viewed from the drive end. So it's probably a right side front-train pump like you'd find on a C-series.

'95 2500 ECLB 4x4, 334k and paused due to epic transformation in progress.
