Oil coming out of dipstick

Alright, I am sure that this has been talked about before but I am new here so go easy on me. Here's my issue.....i have oil coming out of the dipstick tube,1ST-the tube coming off of the block is not plugged and/or clogged. 2ND-There is not excessive pressure coming out of the tube off the engine block, i can hold my thumb over it and it doesnt blow my thumb out and when i remove my thumb it sounds like the truck is exhaling, assuming this is proper function. 3RD-When i remove the dipstick, no oil comes out.....
Any help is appreciated

It's really common for the rubber gasket "sleeve" at the top of the dipstick by the handle to deteriorate and not seal. I don't think you can change just the seal though, pretty sure you just get a new dipstick. They're for sale all over the internet

Pop your oil cap off and set it back on loose, does it dance around? Set it back on and leave the hood open. Rev the engine a little bit, does it start to dance?

I think you may have some moderate blowby. But it can be the dipstick.

Use oil at all?
