Thanks for the tip! I was just able to download it.

These are the only two I've seen here since I joined. I found on on CL and bought it.

Is there a specific '98 manual, or is the 2001 one valid?

Thx

There are factory manuals for each individual years. 98 is a unique year because of the 12/24 valve motors and interior changes. the 01 will work for a few things, but I'd recommend finding a 98 specific book. I worked with all the freebies, but the 98 manual is really helpful in many ways the others are not.
ebay or Geno's are the two I'm aware of...

Dang, this is just like the electronic one I bought several years ago - complete with missing page 8W-80-26 and 27. The missing page of course has the pinouts on the connector I'm researching. If someone has it or can look it up, can you pm me with either that page (front/back) or the C178 pinout? Running into dead ends on the interweb...

I have a paper manual for a 98. In it most of the connectors are named instead of numbered. If you can guess what it goes to I can post a pic of the pertinent page(s) in my manual. Maybe it is the same?

96 3500 4WD, 47RE, 3K GSK, 85 HP DDP Inectors, BHAF, gauges; 97 3500 4WD 47RE, 3K GSK, Garrett BB turbo, gauges; 97 3500 2WD 5-spd; all club cab. 98.5 2500 2WD SB, 5-spd, quad cab, P-pumped with 4K GSK and modified delivery valves, 188-220 cam, BHAF, gauges.

I noticed those pages were missing in Jan '15 when I was doing some troubleshooting. Then, just a couple weeks ago when I was installing my new fan controller, I noticed again they were missing. Very inconvenient.

'95 2500 ECLB 4x4, 334k and paused due to epic transformation in progress.
