What did you use for the particulate filter? Mine is a small inline piece but it plugs relatively fast and then I have to clean it.

Oil Cooler

The sandwich adapter went on fine and with a little modification to the hard coolant line there's plenty of room for the oil filter to be accessed during PM.

I used AN10 (10/16) fittings for the oil cooler. Parker 836 high temp hose, and wrapped the hoses in RaceFlux silicone fiberglass sleeving with stainless braiding for abrasion resistance.

Turbo Blankets by Levi

I'm satisfied. They went on easily and are thick and look well made.

I'm loving your oil line set up to the turbos and your oil cooler. Very nice workmanship on this build. Any chance you can post where you purchased that sandwich adaptor for your oil cooler? Also where your oil cooler is located on the truck?

That oil fill is pretty badass looking. Levis blankets are the best hands down

Thanks man.

The adapter is Perma Cool PRM-1836. Summit Racing.

The lines run to an oil thermostat then to the cooler. The cooler isn't installed yet. Plan is to put under passenger door. I have to finish the engine then roll the truck out into the driveway to have the room to design and build brackets for the oil cooler, fuel filters, trans cooler, water meth pump, and on-board compressors.

Water Meth injection option.

If I had planned on water injection from the beginning I would have welded bungs into the intake pipe before it was powder coated. Instead, I bought a grid heater delete standoff and milled it down to minimum thickness so as not to interfere with the placement of the already fabricated charge air pipe.

Dual stage injection. Number 5 and 6 nozzles to start with. 7 gallon tank. Progressive 300 psi pump.

Watch your oil pressure on startup. I had some issues with oil pressure taking too long to build with a remote filter setup. You may be fine but just something to keep in mind.
