NO. not stock. Pull off the dash bezel and trace it out. Security a or other add on indicator. Does anything make it come on? any extra switches, exhaust brake etc?
Haven't seen it light up. There are a pile of who knows what wires under the dash and even hanging out of the headliner around the rear view mirror. A PO had a two way radio installed at one time, a speaker under the hood and an antenna base on the roof, probably a CB or maybe a VHF, but I can't see it used for that.
I have six vertebrae fused in my lower back so I avoid twisting under a dash if I can. I just wanted to know what it was if it was a stock item. I'm trying to get everything that is supposed to be in or on this truck to work. Tracing down wiring that has been installed in the past is a real PITA, and back. My 68 Firebird was so bad I ripped out every wire under the hood and made my own harness. The next owner will most likely scratch his/her head and say WT? but I drew a schematic for it.
I looked at that speaker under the hood again, maybe it's a horn for an alarm.
